Em-ke organized seminar for OCAJI (Overseas Construction Association of Japan) and OBAYASHI in Istanbul Technical University in 28-29th November 2000 without any help and any compensations for approximately 230 professional people. (called "Technology Transfer of Reinforcing Devices for Existing Housing in Turkey against Earthquake")

EMKE informed OBAYASHI about Istanbul Earthquake Risk Analysis Bid and organized everything including translations of the documents, preparing technical proposal, establishing academic team for the bid. EMKE, OBAYASHI and ITOCHU Corporation were involved as a concorcium in the bid.
